PRIVACY POLICY

A.L.I. Technologies Inc. (hereinafter: The Company) regards the protection of personal information as the basis of its business activities and its social responsibilities in compliance with laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information. The Company will handle not only personal information but also information about customers of corporations and other organizations as well as personal information.

1.Compliance with laws and regulations

In order to realize the protection of personal information, The Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law, guidelines of each government agency, and other related laws and regulations.

2.The handling and management of personal information

The Company shall establish a management system for protecting personal information according to the actual business conditions, and handle personal information appropriately and carefully in accordance with internal regulations. In addition, in the light of the purpose of using personal information described below, personal information that is no longer needed will be promptly deleted.

2.1 The collection of personal information

When acquiring personal information, the Company will use a lawful and fair method by clarifying the purpose of use, writing documents such as contracts and application forms, Web screens, oral methods, etc. In addition, it may be acquired upon the succession of business due to mergers or other reasons.

2.2 Use and provision of personal information

3.Purpose of use of personal information

4.Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties

5.Supervision of employees and contractors

5.1 The Company will provide necessary training for employees to implement security management measures and ensure the proper handling of personal information.
5.2 The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information in the sale and reception of various products and services, marketing and other related services. In this case, the Company will select those that are deemed to handle personal information properly, and properly specify security management measures, confidentiality, re-consignment conditions and other matters related to the handling of personal information in the consignment contract, and conduct proper supervision.

6.Measures for safety management

The Company will take reasonable measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss or damage of personal information to ensure the accuracy and security of personal information.

7.About continuous improvement

The Company will establish an internal system for protecting personal information, establish a personal information protection management system, review it regularly, and continually improve our efforts to protect personal information.
