Notice of Changes to Governance Systems

A.L.I. Technologies Inc. (Main office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daisuke Katano; Hereinafter: A.L.I.) has announced changes to its governance systems as follows. The purposes of these changes are to streamline the decision making process, the strengthen the system of leadership, and to focus on the promotion and development of each business.

1. Changes to the governance system
   The Director and Executive Officer system will be as follows, with all appointments starting on April 1, 2022.
