■Companies that adhere to Telework Tokyo Rules

In September 2020, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government made a joint declaration at the New Tokyo Conference of Labor and Management in order to collaborate and cooperate in the promotion of the Telework Tokyo Rules.

The declaration sets forth a strategic vision for the realization of telework, including reform of work styles, business innovation, effective utilization of human resources, and crisis management, with the aim of promoting and establishing telework without making it a temporary emergency measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s system for declaring companies that practice the “Telework Tokyo Rules” is based on the 5 strategies of the Telework Strategy Vision, and each company formulates and declares its own rules according to its actual situation.

A.L.I.’s initiatives:

  • Implementation of superflex system
  • Regular meetings are now held online
  • More than 70% of employees who are able to telework three days a week are teleworking.
  • Proactive implementation of telework and staggered work hours during mega events
  • Introduction of security measures to ensure a safe telework environment
  • Implementation of measures to promote internal communication

A.L.I. will continue to collaborate and cooperate in the promotion of the Telework Tokyo Rules set forth by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, so that telework will not be a temporary initiative.

Growth requires change. A.L.I., as an expanding organization, is constantly changing.
We are constantly searching for a workplace that maximizes the potential of our employees,
regardless of age, nationality, or gender.
